Minimum Requirements

National Diploma: Civil Engineering or equivalent Valid Driver's license 5 years' experience in similar environment of which 3 years' experience must be in municipal water meter industry

Responsibilities

:


Ensure compliance with all aspects regarding water services by laws and tariffs. Coordinate, supervision and contribution to technical, maintenance and operational activities of the department. Investigate complaints from the public and resolve where applicable, provide information/ reports and feedback where required by the public. Maintain accurate records with regard to site diaries, measurements, site instructions variation orders and inspections. Administer, implement, and supervise operational governance and risk management processes. Ensure that financial administration delivery process comply with internal control and governance standards and report on any deviation. Liaise with the public/ consumers, contractors, developers and other internal and external resources. Maintain good industrial relations with subordinates and co-workers to control effective administrative function.
