Are you a seasoned sales professional with deep relationships in South African industry? Do you have the credibility to walk into boardrooms at Sasol, Anglo American, Tiger Brands, or SABMiller and discuss digital transformation? Qubeworx, is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Sales Consultant to spearhead our market entry into Industrial Digital Transformation solutions. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something significant while leveraging your existing network.

What You Bring



Essential Requirements:

10+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial manufacturing, F&B, mining sectors Existing C-suite/ VP/ Director relationships in at least 3 of our target industries Proven track record of selling complex solutions (R500K+ deals) Deep understanding of South African industrial landscape Ability to articulate technical value in business terms Self-driven with startup resilience and corporate polish
Desirable:

Experience selling digital transformation, IoT, or industrial automation solutions Relationships technology partners (Siemens, Aveva, etc.) Understanding of OT/IT convergence challenges Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) Network extending into broader SADC region

Responsibilities



Business Development (70%)

Leverage existing relationships to secure executive meetings Identify and qualify high-value opportunities Present value propositions to senior stakeholders Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Build pipeline of qualified opportunities
Strategic Selling (20%)

Develop account strategies for major industrial groups Coordinate with technical team for solution design Manage proof-of-value lifecycle Negotiate commercial terms and contracts Ensure smooth handover to implementation team
Market Intelligence (10%)

Provide feedback on market needs and competitive landscape Identify partnership opportunities Contribute to go-to-market strategy refinement Share industry insights and trends
