Role: Senior Integrated Artworker

Location: Remote until further notice

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...

You are an experienced artworker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that adhere to client standards. You thrive in environments where you can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and consistent delivery of creative projects.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM:

As an Integrated Artworker, you'll be part of a newly formed, multi-skilled creative and design team. You will undertake artwork creation to meet the client's brief and exacting standards while working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service. The team environment is supportive and collaborative, calling for someone who can effectively manage workloads and maintain a high standard of quality across all outputs.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

Proven ability to confidently take, interpret, and deliver creative artwork and presentation projects, even within tight timeframes. Ability to consistently produce high-quality artwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. Experience in the management of artwork collateral, with strong client liaison capabilities. Ability to proactively build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients. Strong customer service, teamwork, and time management skills. Capacity for accurate and timely completion of timesheets and other administrative tasks.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, ensuring high standards of artwork production. Proficient in presentation design tools; experience with both Microsoft PowerPoint and potentially other applications is beneficial. Familiarity with digital design practices, such as creating HTML emails and web assets, is advantageous. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with a proactive mindset to contribute to brand initiatives. Strong attention to detail in ensuring artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement within your role.
