Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in industrial/manufacturing environment Experience or knowledge of valves, pipes, fittings and flanges and other steel related products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability. Lead and motivate a highly skilled sales and technical team and maintain / strengthen customer relationships. Organic growth of the business and exploring new markets and / or industries. Adapt to strategic shifts or new market trends and realign the business. Provide coaching and mentoring to develop team capabilities

Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day operations including sales, manufacturing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Implement operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and customer service. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas. Ensure good corporate governance, manage risks and full accountability over controllable expenses and revenue generation. Manage performance, conduct reviews, and support career development. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction levels.
