Introducing the Hybrid Back End Developer (Senior) Role

Essential Skills Requirements

• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, Cloud, and Container Architecture
• 6+ years of experience with back-end technologies like Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
• Expertise in cloud technologies (Amazon AWS is a big plus)
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Expertise in databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Web Services Design & Deployment, REST, GIT
• Familiarity with design/architecture patterns
• Agile or SCRUM experience

Advantageous Skills Requirements

• Experience with Linear and Nonlinear Optimization
• Knowledge of Control Theory
• Expertise in Machine Learning
• Design and Evaluation of Efficient Algorithms (Complexity Theory)
• Performance Testing and Tuning
• Experience with E-mobility

Qualifications/Experience Needed

• Relevant IT Degree
• Cloud Certifications

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and operate production-ready business applications (24/7)
• Liaise with customers, team members, and external vendors
• Deploy applications in AWS (via Github)
• Monitor and operate applications within AWS CloudWatch
• Apply cloud-security patterns and concepts to solutions and deployments
