Introduction:
Komatsu South Africa is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator for the Parts Master & Pricing Department. The preferred candidate will have a 1-2-year Diploma in ICT: Data specific or Business Analyst/ Intelligence or Logistics & Supply Chain management diploma or NQF level 6-, and 1-2-years' SAP experience.
Qualification:

  • Grade 12 or N3 with Accounting
  • 1 - 2-year Diploma (ICT: Data specific or Business Analyst/Intelligence or Logistics management diploma)
Experience:
  • 1-2 years' SAP experience.
Specific Requirements:
  • Experience with SAP data
  • High proficiency in Excel
Job Specification:
  • Schedules running of system updates and informing all stakeholders.
  • Receive introductions from Plants and establish that required information is supplied, correct if necessary.
  • Obtaining Supplier Cost and Calculating Standard cost using ROE, Supplier Discount, Tariff Heading.
  • Introducing Material into SAP and extend to all Plants.
  • Maintains matrix tables and supersessions.
  • Periodically compile/update list of all supersessions.
  • Confirming kit listing with relevant Plant Parts personnel.
  • Updates Local Suppliers and prices.
  • Maintains model codes and storage locations.
  • Continuously monitors data accuracy.
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers with regards to pricing.
  • Report problems and issues for fixing immediately.
  • Provides reports with customer information - construction and mining.
