Job Description
Number of vacancies: 1 x Limpopo, 1 x Mpumalanga, 1x Gauteng, 1x KZN (North Coast) Duties and Responsibilities - Fast Food Industry: Conduct a Training analysis to identify in-store training needs and opportunities Execute hands-on training sessions, workshops etc in groups or individually Induction and Orientation of all new staff Provide practical training for safe and efficient work Product knowledge is essential Provide customer service training Provide ongoing training and skills development Ensure that all staff know the Standard Operating Procedures of the Brand Evaluate performance to ensure that training is effective Embed the service promise with all staff Suggest initiatives to grow turnovers and improve customer service Constantly review the performance of Franchisees and staff Must have strong customer service orientation Must Act as a Brand custodian and protect the brand at all times Deliver on goals as agreed with your manager Requirements: Candidate must have Grade 12. ETDP Qualification is essential. Must have a valid code 8 License. At least two years training and facilitation experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills needed.
