About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious
Skid Steer Operator
to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining skid steer machinery to support various construction, material handling, and site preparation tasks.Key Responsibilities
Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the machine. Load, move, and handle materials in line with project requirements. Follow site instructions and adhere to project deadlines. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Report any equipment faults, damages, or incidents immediately.
Requirements
Valid
operator competency certificate/license (red ticket)
for skid steer operation. Proven experience as a skid steer operator in construction, mining, or related fields. Knowledge of equipment safety and maintenance procedures. Good physical fitness and the ability to work in outdoor/site environments. Strong attention to detail and safety. Experience:
Skid Steer Operating: 3 years (Required) Construction/Mining: 1 year (Preferred)
