What you will enjoy doing

As a Site Supervisor, you will manage daily plant operations to ensure maximum production efficiency and reliability You will track performance metrics and take immediate corrective action when needed Managing all on-site activities: production, supply chain, logistics, and maintenance, aligned with company standards will be high on your agenda Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Lead investigations into incidents and implement preventive solutions Drive a safety-first mindset and continuous improvement across the team Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, including breakdown response

What makes you great

You possess a Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, Technical or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' experience in gas plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of LPG filling and compressed gas handling, distribution, safety and regulatory requirements Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
