We're seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day installation activities for solar infrastructure projects. You'll be working on commercial rooftops, carports, and ground-mounted solar systems--making sure that construction runs smoothly, safely, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site teams during installation of solar mounting systems (rooftop, ground mount, carports, trackers).
- Interpret and implement construction and engineering drawings.
- Allocate daily tasks to crews and monitor workmanship, pace, and safety.
- Ensure correct placement, alignment, and fixing of structural components.
- Conduct daily safety checks and enforce PPE use and health & safety procedures.
- Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to the Site Manager.
- Assist with site reporting, documentation, and handover procedures.
- 3+ years' experience supervising construction or solar installation teams
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of site health & safety best practices
- Excellent team coordination and communication skills
- Matric plus a technical qualification or trade certificate (advantageous)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Working at Heights, Fall Protection, or First Aid certifications are a plus
