Job Description
Warrior Edge Projects is seeking a
qualified and experienced Site Supervisor
to oversee cleaning operations within apower station
orheavy industry environment
. The successful candidate must be hands-on, safety-driven, and capable of managing a team in a high-performance industrial setting.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety and compliance standards. Maintain work schedules, attendance registers, and site documentation. Oversee the use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials. Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members. Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times.
Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
- essential*.Supervisory Course or Certificate
- required*.3 or more valid Supervisor Certificates
(e.g., Industrial Supervision, SHE Rep, First Aid, Fire Fighting, etc.).Legal Liability
andHIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment)
Certificates - essential*.Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience
in apower station
orheavy industry cleaning environment
. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be safety-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R15000,00 - R20000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
