Site Supervisor: Fuel Service Station Heidelberg

Job purpose:

Is responsible for executing and managing daily operations across all service station functions, including the forecourt, convenience store, add-on services, carwash (where applicable) and Quick Service Restaurants.

Background:

The Site Supervisor's focus is to ensure operational efficiency, meeting departmental targets, and upholding brand standards through hands-on management, direct execution, and effective implementation of operational tasks.

Requirements:

South African Citizen

Code 8 Drivers License

Own Vehicle and willing to travel

Previous employment at Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Shoprite, OK or Checkers will be advantageous

Previous employment in the fuel industry will be advantageous (Astron Energy, Sasol, BP, Total, Engen, Shell)

Must be able to interpret site performance and identify areas for improvement

If internal applicant, he/she must have a clear disciplinary record him/herself

Labour relations knowledge and skills

Willing to work extra hours to get the job done with no additional overtime remuneration

Self-starter with proven high levels of initiative

High emotional intelligence
