Purpose of Job

The purpose of this position and role is to enable the team through administrative support in ensuring that services are delivered effectively and cost-efficiently in accordance with legal and safety standards and within contractual terms and conditions. Service centricity and end user experience are integral to this purpose.

This position is responsible to provide administrative support to the Site Services team in order to enable them to deliver on their mandate which is to contribute and add value to Sasol Mozambique's Asset Integrity and People Morale. This mandate is delivered on through a defined service catalogue, and a management system which primarily consists of delivery through third party service providers. There is a high level of dependency on service providers and the management of these entities in delivering on this mandate.

SAP Transactional Support, Documentation Archiving and Control and Planning and Coordination Support; xe2x80xa2Travel Arrangements, Issue and Complaints Resolution Support; xe2x80xa2NRC Property Management Support, Lease Agreement Administration and End User Education; xe2x80xa2Contract Application Support, Extract Maximum Benefit from Contractual Terms and Conditions; xe2x80xa2Support with Safety, Quality, and Cost Control, as well as Assurance Verification; xe2x80xa2Support with Preparation of Annual OPEX/CAPEX Budgets and Invoice Verification Support; xe2x80xa2Interface Management with End Users, Residents, Stakeholders, and Service Providers, Enable Operational and Business Rhythm; xe2x80xa2Support with Application of SHE Procedures and Standards; xe2x80xa2Support in Compliance with Integrated SHE Management System Requirements; xe2x80xa2Training, Coaching, and Mentoring of Self Own Legal Compliance and Fatigue Management; xe2x80xa2Networking and Relationships Internally and Externally in order to Achieve Mutual Objectives; xe2x80xa2Readily Share Information and Knowledge with Leadership and Peers.
