Experience expertise:
- Grade 12, NQF Level 4 plus relevant diploma or degree, NQF Level 5 / 6
- Preferably certification in ITIL Service Management and Service Delivery Modules
- At least 5 years total IT experience of which at least 2-3 years should have been in management/team-leading roles.
- Grade 12, NQF Level 4 plus relevant diploma or degree, NQF Level 5 / 6
- Preferably certification in ITIL Service Management and Service Delivery Modules
- Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization
