Experienced Site Manager (Roadworks / Construction) needed in Carletonville for permanent position.

Minimum Certification Requirements:

• Roadworks/ Construction documentation.
• Sewer water/ Reticulation of Bulk Services Certificates.
• Safety Related Documents.
• Working at Heights.
• Legal Liability.
• Matric Certificate.
• Any additional Supervisory Courses.
• Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle.

Experience Needed:

• 5 Years minimum working experience in a Supervisory to Management level.
• Must come from a construction background.
• Execution of the works.
• Oversee daily operations on all sites.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Will hold the legal appointments on site and will be responsible for all the legal and safety requirements on site.
• Establish KPI's by implementing standards and accountability within the facility to improve the overall operating efficiency & profitability.
• Managing operational expenses & supporting start up strategies.
• Ensure overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the agreed scope & measurements as per client contract.
• Ensure a high safety standard is maintained.
• Attend all meetings as indicated by the client.
• Ensure all subcontractors have the necessary tools/ equipment to complete all tasks/ projects. Extensive knowledge in compiling safety files.
• Ensure all safety, quality and control inspections & checks are conducted daily.
• Coordinate employee schedules.
• Mediate on-site conflicts & report to the relevant departments.
• Conduct regular PTOs.
• Discussions of weekly safety topics on site, address & report safety concerns.
• Enforce workplace policies and procedures.
• Follow set guidelines and procedures as per OEM standards, Construction procedures & Safety standards.
• Responsible for the overall direction, co-ordination, and execution of all the work completed on-site.
• Conduct all risk assessments as per site requirements.
