BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing sites and the Battery Bay Attendants that work there, 24/7 operations per site
Keep the customer's site operational at all times.
Collect, deliver, check and forward timesheets to Head Office (cross check with Biometrics on site as well as ensure
all is in order before sending off to HR)
Assisting with all pay queries, and logging pay queries with HR
Assisting with disciplinary actions/hearings if and when needed
Ordering of monthly sundries, PPE and delivery monthly to sites when required
Liaising with customers, sending weekly reports on the operational assets of the customer.
Ensuring all duties and responsibilities are being fulfilled by each site attendant,
completing quarterly KPI's with all site attendants.
General housekeeping and cleanliness of battery bay
Arranging MHE licenses/crim checks/medical checks
Compiling admin files for multiple sites
Interviewing new staff members
Ensuring a good relationship with customers under
