Ndaka Security and Services has a vacancy for a Site Manager in Ekandustria near Bronkhorstspruit. We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to join our vibrant and expanding security family. Ndaka Security is a black owned company with Head office in Roodepoort, Gauteng. The company employs over 500 personnel and has a geographical presence in North-West, Northern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, and Mpumalanga. Purpose of the post Protection of the clientxe2x80x99s human and physical resources, assets and interests through the deployment and management of physical security. Managing the site through control, administration, planning, organizing and supervision. Ensure professional service delivery to the client, and that requirements are constantly met or exceeded in terms of the service level agreement. Qualifications and competencies: Grade 12 PSIRA registered. Security Grade A NQF 5 qualification in Safety, Security or Risk Management Driverxe2x80x99s license Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and associated computer programs. NKP certificate Clear criminal record Experience and Skills: Experience 3 Years Experience in security management i.e., site manager or ops manager 7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in security or safety industry Good organization, time management and scheduling skills Knowledge of SD 6 /main agreement Skills People management Interpersonal skills Communication and Engagement skills Teamwork Innovation Resilience Strategic Thinking Coaching and advisory skills Judgement / Problem Solving Time management Change management. Duties:

• The utilization of physical security personnel at duty services points i.e., secondary gate and primary gates, induction room, burning ground point and visitorxe2x80x99s reception.

• Manage the physical and human resources on site effectively to ensure the safeguarding of the clientxe2x80x99s personnel and property.

• Ensure that a safe work environment is created that satisfy/align with the clientsxe2x80x99 safety standard as dictated by the applicable Legislation.

• Identify unsafe situation and work practice and taking corrective action.

• Safety induction of non-Sasol personnel and Sasol personnel i.e., visitors and contractors.

• Attend Satellites safety committees and formulate training awareness program to security employees.

• Ensure that Satellites systems and processes relating security function are coordinated, optimally, and working harmoniously with Sasol Maintenance and Safety personnel.

• Ensure security officers are trained and refreshed and are adhering to work specific accordingly as per by Sasol Satellite Operations SOP and Ndaka Security specific work instruction.

• Build a strong relationship with the client and ensure that all requirements are met as set out in the client SLA and Scope of Work.
