By Design is looking for a young, dynamic individual that will form part of our building stabilization team. The service we provide is an alternative to conventional underpinning, called injection grouting. The appropriate candidate need to have a natural ability to work with his hands and think logically and systematic in his approach. Previous construction related experience is not a must.

The site foreman will be responsible for the following:

- Management of crew and equipment: - Ensure date and time with crew is arranged prior to starting date on site.

- Ensure crew is on time and fit for work.

- Ensure equipment are loaded in orderly fashion on Bakkie and that Bakkie is not overloaded.

- Transport crew and equipment to- and from site.

- Ensure that the site is always neat and tidy, and that all equipment is in working order.

- Safety file needs to be updated daily for each project. - Check tools regularly to see when new tools are required.

- Administration - log keeping, ordering of supplies, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R13000,00 per month
