Job Summary
Site Foreman - Finishing and General Construction) ( Zambia)
ENVIRONMENT:
Our client is looking for a Site Foreman with strong experience in both finishing works and general construction. This role requires a detail-focused professional who can oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure high-quality finishes, and maintain smooth project delivery from start to handover. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades including ceilings, tiling, cabinetry, painting, and sanitary ware.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure flawless finishes and correct defects before handover.
• Interpret finishing schedules and specifications to achieve the required standards.
• Manage broader site operations across civil and building phases, from groundwork to completion.
• Plan and oversee daily site tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality requirements are met.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and lead toolbox talks on-site.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to align on technical and design requirements.
• Oversee material planning, deliveries, and usage to reduce wastage and delays.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor in building construction.
• Proven track record in finishing works (residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects).
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and finishing specifications.
• Knowledge of waterproofing systems (torch-on, acrylic, cement-based) advantageous.
• Valid drivers licence.
• Certifications such as First Aid or Working at Heights beneficial.
