is looking for aSite Agent - Civil Works
with experience inpressurised water pipelines (110 mm diameter and larger)
to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations for civil works involving pressurised pipelines Supervise subcontractors and coordinate site teams to ensure smooth workflow Monitor, update, and manage the construction program specific to pipeline works Compile monthly progress reports and prepare documentation Prepare and submit Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) related to civil works Ensure all work complies with quality, safety, and contract standards
Minimum Requirements:
3 to 7 years' experience as a Site Manager or Site Agent managing pressurised water pipeline projects (must be clearly noted in CV) Degree, Diploma, or BTech in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills Proven ability to manage reporting and certification tasks efficiently Immediate availability

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: R30000,00 - R40000,00 per month
