Job Description



Qualification:



BSc / BEng / BTech / Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards. Plan and schedule construction activities and resources efficiently. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare progress reports, attend site meetings, and liaise with clients, consultants, and management. Manage procurement of materials and control project costs. Ensure all work complies with contractual and design requirements.

Skills and Competencies:



Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of construction processes, standards, and legislation. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:



Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects. Proven track record in managing site teams and delivering projects successfully.
