An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Developer / Site Acquisition Specialist to source and secure new locations for outdoor advertising structures. This role is ideal for a selfa??driven individual who enjoys working in the field, negotiating with landlords, and managing site development from identification through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Fluent in English or Afrikaans
• Own reliable vehicle (nona??negotiable)
• Proven experience in telecom site development, town planning, or outdoor advertising
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for site scouting

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• Identify and secure new sites for outdoor advertising structures
• Negotiate lease agreements with landlords and stakeholders
• Prepare and submit documentation for municipal and regulatory approvals
• Liaise with project and technical teams to ensure smooth installations
• Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and compliance checks
