Job Description
ACCESS CONTROLLER / NIGHT RECEPTIONIST
NIGHT SHIFT 18h00 - 06h00
All Vehicle Tickets Entering the Property to be Checked for Date of Departures and number OF Guest (Expired Ticket or No Ticket NO ENTRY)
Control visitors registers and ensure they depart by 23h00.
Check validity of surfer/diver tickets.
Follow-up on departure times for inhouse guests: Chalets and Campsites.
Record visitors without permits in the OB book.
Control resale items stock and sales.
Take responsibility for the safety of Guests and their belongings and Company assets.
Do a site check per shift for Security and Safety Issues (E.g.: Broken Fence, Fire Hazards, cars parked illegally.
Receiving of After-Hours Guests and collect Full Payment as Per Arrangement.
Attend to customers complaints.
Attend to minor maintenance requests.
Do regular patrols.
Drive Company vehicles with care and within the stipulated speed.
Compile shift reports and handovers.

Pay: R5600,00 per month
