A well-established and upmarket family-run retail bathroom company is seeking a dynamic Showroom Sales Representative to join them on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, assist clients with their selections, and contribute to building strong, long-term customer relationships. Monday - Thursday 07.45am - 5pm, Friday 07.45am - 4.30pm & Saturday 8am - 12.30pm

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
- Manage the display, pricing, and presentation of showroom stock.
- Prepare quotes and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain communication with clients via email and telephone.
- Support the team in achieving showroom sales targets and expanding the client base.
- Work collaboratively to uphold the company's reputation for quality and service excellence.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales, ideally within the bathroom, tile, or interior design industry.
- Passion for architecture, design, and home decor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, trustworthy, and professional.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint).
- Strong administrative and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must have own transport.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including Saturdays.
