Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric certificate/ equivalent
Competent B Certificate
Valid Driversxe2x80x99license
Medically Fit
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
3 years of Experience as a Shotcrete Operator in Underground Mining
Knowledge of concrete placement and finishing
Competence in the use of hand and power tools
Effective Communication skills
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the placement and finishing of concrete
Prepare and set up formwork, molds, and shuttering for concrete structures
Work closely with the construction team to ensure accurate and timely installation
Monitor the quality and integrity of the formwork
Perform minor maintenance on tools and equipment
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
Charging development heardings and production stopes
