Job Summary
Requirements:
Live and work in Port Elizabeth;
Grade 12;
5 years' marketing experience in short term insurance;
RE5 and all relevant FSCA qualifications (candidate must be fit and proper as defined);
Computer literate (MS Office);
Bilingual - Afrikaans and English (speak, read and write);
Valid driver's license (minimum code B) with own reliable transportation;
Own cell phone;
Must be available after office hours if required;
Relevant tertiary insurance qualification will be advantageous.

Key responsibilities:
Prepare and implement relevant marketing strategies to grow the short-term insurance book, including cold calling
and consultations with members;
Liaison between members and short-term insurance providers to ensure members receive high quality service;
Oversee insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction of members;
Follow defined administrative processes, from inception of policy through to processing of claims;
Be target driven and passionate and have a client-centered focus.
