? We're Hiring: Short-Term Insurance Claims Administrator (4-Month Maternity Contract)
Are you a detail-oriented claims professional with a passion for customer service and a solid background in short-term insurance? We're looking for a dynamic Claims Administrator to join our team on a 4-month maternity cover contract.
Location: Pinelands, Cape Town
Contract Duration: 4 months
Start Date: Dec 2025 - Apr 2026
What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in short-term insurance claims administration
  • Relevant NQF Level 5 qualification
  • Strong understanding of claims processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage short-term insurance claims from initiation to finalization
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and service providers to ensure smooth claims handling
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
  • Provide timely updates and support to clients throughout the claims process
