Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a sustainable new business pipeline
Conduct professional needs analyses with prospective clients
Convert self-generated leads into active policies
Maintain compliant advisory processes
Achieve monthly written policy targets
Maintain strong market and product knowledge
Requirements
Minimum 3 years face-to-face short-term insurance sales experience
Commercial and Personal Lines exposure
RE5 and FAIS compliant qualification
Proven new business conversion track record
Regulatory accreditation and compliance understanding
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
Ability to generate and manage own leads
