Key Responsibilities:
Engage with new clients to assist with short-term insurance quotations
Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and planning
Prepare and present comparative quotes tailored to client needs
Issue selected insurance policies and liaise with insurers on post-sale queries
Deliver ongoing after-sales service, including claims assistance and policy updates
Conduct annual client reviews and recommend adjustments where necessary
Assist in marketing company products and services
Stay current with industry regulations through regular training
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
RE 5 Certificate
Recognised qualification with 120 NQF credits
Relevant
Class of Business (COB)
certificates (if not exempted)
Minimum
2 years' experience
in short-term and/or long-term insurance sales
Own transport and valid driver's licence
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong team player with a client-first mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Committed to regulatory compliance and professional development
