Job Summary Short Term Insurance Manager Client Services - Retentions (FAIS) min 5 yrs exp, People Management essential, RE5, Full FAIS Credits in Short Term Insurance, CPD up to date, Class of Business, Customer Service Management Exp and Short Term Insurance Retentions Exp ESSENTIAL
Manage the Delivery of Business Results: Adhere to and ensure adherence to costs and budgets in the function and provide regular feedback to the Head of Department and other relevant stakeholders on the progress and performance against plans and budget. | Client Service Management: Maintain and regularly review the effectiveness of processes in the function and identify ways they could be improved. Drive the implementation of all processes in the function and ensure the adherence of the established processes and procedures. | Manage risk associated within the function: Regularly review the risk associated with processes and procedures used in providing client services. Develop and implement procedures and activities to ensure that risks are effectively avoided, reduced, mitigated and monitored. | Networking: Establish and maintain good collaborative professional relationships with internal stakeholders, segments and major clients. | Review client service performance: Manage the working relationship with internal departments by engaging and consulting on service gaps and put the plan in place for implementation in order to improve call centre service deliver. FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements Applicable to this Role (Advice and Intermediary Service): FSCA-Approved Qualification Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5) Experience As Per the FAIS Act Product Specific Training once Onboarded Class Of Business Training Continuous Professional Development Attest To Honesty, Integrity, and Good Standing
