Job Description

We are assisting a leading insurance brokerage in finding an experienced Short-Term Domestic and Commercial Insurance Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to brokers.
  • Accurately underwrite new business and finalise renewals (commercial & domestic).
  • Maintain documentation, diary entries, and Flexi notes for all policies.
  • Obtain comparative quotations on request.
  • Assist with projects and ensure processes are tracked and up to date.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a short-term insurance brokerage.
  • Commercial insurance experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Flexi Broker, Cardinal, Onesure, Nimbis, or other insurer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
