Responsible to
lead, motivate, train
and control any located persons. Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure thatproduction run smoothly and efficiently
.Supervise and lead production team
, including but not limited to training, discipline, timesheets, performance management, etc. Hold regularperformance reviews
to discussperformance against objectives
, counselling employees where performance is not in line with the standards.Monitor production output
in terms of job specifications, production plan, machine specifications. v Ensure that production processes andemployees adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Ensure thatproduction meet quality standards
and specifications. Responsible foradministration
related to the position. Ensure thatmachinery and equipment is maintained
and conduct minor maintenance and repairs.Motivate team
to develop with a focus on ongoing improvement.
Implement good ideas
, give credit where due, support, counsel and discipline where necessary.What You Need to Succeed
Successfully
completed Grade 12
or an equivalent qualification. Minimum5 years' experience
in themanufacturing industry.
Previous exposure in asupervisory role.
? Partially/ completedSupervisory Management
qualification an added advantage.Technical aptitude and analytical thinking abilities.
Problem-solving skills
. Strong ability towork under pressure
with meticulousattention to detail.
