Shift Supervisor
Qualification

Requirements

5 Years experience in a Supervisory or Team Leader role within the manufacturing industry
Any previous experience working with concrete or the manufacturing of concrete products will be beneficial
Be able to read and understand production drawings
Must be able to work rotating shifts on a weekly basis
Exceptional focus on precision and accuracy in all tasks and processes.
Ensures that operations, safety procedures, and quality standards are consistently met with minimal errors
