Job Summary
Responsible for extraction and milling advantages
Ensure consistent quality
Responsible for maintenance and housekeeping
Ensure safe working practices
Gristing accuracy is essential
Prepared to work standby
Guarantee adherence to established operational protocols
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years post trade test experience& wheat milling in a 16 TPT Milling
Proficiency in wheat grading, fumigation and HACCP would be beneficial
Skilled in operating PLC-controlled plants
Experience of 20 ton per hour Mill
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Perform well in a pressured environment
Self-motivated individual
Work under minimal supervision
Qualification:
GMF Module 4 and or SAGMA trade test in Milling
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
