Job Description
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Shift Co-Ordinator within Constantia Fertilizer at Wellington, Western Cape.
Responsibilities and Duties
- All daily production requirements
- All production inputs into PLC and documents
- Ongoing quality checks of daily production
- Daily checks and record keeping of bag weights
- Receive bulk raw materials and offload trucks into correct bays
- Stacking of raw materials to maximize bulk bay capacities
- Weekly stock count of all floor stock
- Allocation of duties to specific employees based on role and skills
- Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as needed
- Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with management and team members
- Adhere to company policies
- Adhere to health, safety, and employment standards
- Daily quality and quantity checks of all manufactured products
- General housekeeping of the facility
- Monitor labour's time keeping and daily clocking
- Assist with maintenance and breakdowns of equipment when needed
- Matric / Grade 12
- Good communication skills
- Own transport
- Computer literate
- Be able to work extended hours on short notice
- Disciplined, multi-skilled, attention to detail, task driven, and performance orientated
- Work and maintain high standards on a continuous basis
