Our client has an opportunity available for a Shift Coordinator based in Durbanville.

Requirements:

Matric
National diploma in Food Technology or Production.
National certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging Operation or a Technical qualification.
Team leader, Management or Supervisory Training- essential.
5+ years Team leading or Management experience- essential.
Knowledge:

KPAs:

Ensure that service delivery to and from internal and external clients are monitored and comply to standards.
Communicate the production plan and carry out preparation for production.
Monitor the production start up process and assist operators with start-up deviations.
Monitor, maintain and review utilisation and productivity.
Manage downtime and production loss incidents.
Initiate productivity improvements.
Monitor, maintain and ensure quality and production documents are completed as per work procedures.
Oversee plant maintenance and engineering services.
Monitor machine condition checks.
Monitor and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
Create an environment conductive to effective teamwork and innovation.
