Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain safety, health, environmental, and quality systems.
Conduct risk assessments, JSAs, audits, and incident investigations.
Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949/ISO 9001.
Monitor contractor safety, environmental performance, and CAPA closure.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and communicate SHERQ performance.
Support continuous improvement, supplier quality, and regulatory audits.
Qualifications & Experience:
National Diploma / Degree in Safety, Environmental, or Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
3 to 5 years SHERQ experience in automotive manufacturing.
Certifications: SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (advantageous).
Knowledge of automotive audit processes, legal compliance, and risk management.
