If youre passionate about safety, health, risk, and quality management, NDC Personnel & Contractors is currently seeking a dedicated SHEQ Manager to join an FMCG team in the northern Free State!

As the SHEQ Manager, youll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing safety, health, risk, and environmental standards to ensure the well-being of employees and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your main tasks include inspecting workplaces for safety, enforcing laws, and developing health programs. Youll create a safe environment and stay updated on safety regulations. Plus, youll write reports documenting findings and recommendations.

Grade 12 along with a National Diploma in Safety Management or a related field is required. Additionally, you should hold certifications such as the NEBOSH International Certificate, SAMTRAC and/or SHEMTRAC. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Food Safety Management Systems within the FMCG industry is needed. A comprehensive understanding of safety laws, ISO standards, and environmental regulations is very important. Strong collaboration, adaptability, and leadership skills are also essential to fulfilling this role.
