Job Description
Your areas of responsibility:
Responsible for the safety, health environment, and quality assurance aspects of the business. Supervise and coordinate work systems to ensure that products and services of Fuchs meet the highest quality standards. Oversee Safety Management to ensure compliance with OHS Act and ISO requirements. Manage financial planning and budgeting for SHEQ-related activities. Approve OPEX and CAPEX expenditures within the SHEQ domain. Develop and implement strategy/roadmap towards a fully integrated management system (IMS).
Qualifications and skills we are looking for:
Degree or Diploma in Quality/Chemistry / Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and IATF 16949 qualifications required. VDA 6.3 and ISO 50001 qualifications desirable. Minimum 8 years' management experience in SHEQ. Minimum 5 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment.
