Fair Price is looking for an experienced

SHEQ Manager

to lead our Safety, Health, Environment, and quality systems across our Factory as well as ensure compliance with legislation and continually improves standards and systems in line with the business objectives.

Minimum Requirements

Matric Relevant certificate/Qualification Minimum of 5 Years' Experience in a leadership Role Minimum of 5 Years' Experience in a Manufacturing or Industrial Environment Strong Knowledge of South African safety, Health, environmental and quality regulations Experience in ISO Management Systems Ability to influence and drive safety and quality-first culture

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ policies, procedures, and management systems in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices. Lead internal and external audits and inspections, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented Lead SHEQ strategy across production, warehousing and logistics Conduct training to keep our people safe and our processes sharp Monitor and report on SHEQ performance and implement ways to improve compliance with SHEQ Standards Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses and ensure effective root cause analysis and implementation of improvements Create a culture where safety, quality and environmental care is everyone's responsibility.
