Administration/ processing of:
IMS /SAP HR/ SAP Filo / Staffbook / COUPA and BU Systems and reports
Compiling a variety of SHEQ reports for Dikwena.
Monitor changes to SHEQ systems to report on deficiencies and effectiveness.
Conduct planned and unplanned SHEQ audits in order to assess performance against agreed set target, objectives and legal compliances.
Take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist to take corrective and preventative actions on identified non-conformities.
Assist in reviewing and provide support in documenting Dikwena policies and procedures to ensure conformity to ISO requirements.
Coordinate SHEQ external audits to maintain compliance to international and regulatory requirements.
Assist with the development of training programs and training based on principles and requirements of International Standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001:2018).
Continuously monitor, evaluate and review SHEQ procedures and systems.
Integrate SHEQ information from various sources with the organization to ensure effective information distribution to SHEQ Stakeholders.
Establish and maintain Intranet (related law changes, procedures and Samancor minimum requirements).
Maintain and update SHEQ systems and access control systems.
Compile reports for management review meeting
Effectively manage Dikwena SHEQ Management Systems, including to maintain ISO certifications
Manage and maintain site document management system
Utilise the Information Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ performance and status.
Review all related information on IMS as per Training Matrices
Assist with uploading and maintenance of all contractorxe2x80x99s information on HR SAP system
Conduct internal audits on the SHEQ/Contractor related systems.
Align all SHEQ related systems with Business Unit monthly report.
Ensure breaches of SHEQ policies/procedures are investigated.
Ensure SHEQ related policies and procedures (including SOPs) are up to date.

Minimum qualifications:
Samancor Chrome Internal Candidates: studying towards higher certificate or National Diploma
External Candidates: National Higher Certificate or National Diploma in Safety, Environment and Quality.
3 years relevant experience
Additional qualifications:
Lead Auditor certificate in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
