Duties:

• Design, customise, and develop SharePoint-based web applications and solutions.
• Identify, analyse, and digitize business processes to enable automation.
• Develop solutions leveraging the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Implement security by design and integrate automated testing into build and release pipelines.
• Create reusable design patterns and ensure efficient solution architecture.
• Build integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) to enhance data flow and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Coach and mentor team members to promote skills development.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (NQF6+).
• Degree (NQF7+) preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as a SharePoint Developer.
• Proven experience in implementation and delivery of SharePoint solutions.
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and modern API platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, ideally Azure and Office 365.

• Technical expertise in:
• SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013
• PowerApps and Power Automate
• Power BI
• PowerShell with SharePoint and PnP Modules
• Microsoft Teams, Exchange, ServiceNow
• SQL Server (on-prem)
• ShareGate, Azure Active Director
• DevOps, Windows 10/11
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions.
