Sewer Truck Driver
Job Description
Operate sewer vacuum tanker (honey sucker) to remove sewage, sludge, and waste from sewer lines, septic tanks, and pump stations.
Drive and maneuver heavy-duty sewer truck safely to various sites.
Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Ensure proper handling, transportation, and disposal of waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
Assist with clearing sewer blockages and emergency spill responses.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle and equipment.
Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Valid Code C or EC drivers licence and PrDP
Minimum 2 years experience operating sewer vacuum trucks
Basic knowledge of water and sanitation operations
