Sewer (Industrial sewing Machine Operator)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sewer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The Sewer must be quick, efficient, and capable of multitasking to meet production targets while maintaining quality standard

Key Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications and deadlines. Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets in a fast-paced environment. Multi-task by handling different sewing tasks and managing multiple machines or work stations as required. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards, making adjustments as needed. Follow safety protocols and ensure the proper maintenance and handling of sewing equipment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve productivity. Keep work area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency. Document production activities and report any issues or machine malfunctions promptly. Adapt quickly to changes in production plans or priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines or similar machinery. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a target-based environment. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and quality standards. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Basic understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation. Flexibility to work overtime or shifts as required.
