About the role...
This is a fully remote position on an established sales team. We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative that can put up 70+ sets per month with a 10%+ close rate.
You will connect with business owners, festival planners, sport teams and non-profits to identify whether or not we can help them with their main sponsorship challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Able to set 17+ meetings per week from our existing database (warm leads)
Meet and exceed monthly quota and KPIs including appointment sets , closed deals and "show up" rate
Ability to ask discovery questions to assess fit (budget, authority, need, timeline)
Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target companies
Personalize outreach to resonate with prospect pain points and business needs
Keep an accurate and up to date CRM
Requirements
A degree or Schooling certificate
Ability to accommodate EST time zone (NYC)
Experience in cold calling and setting appointments
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a fantastic work ethic
A great phone presence
