Job Description
Job Summary
International Group in Life Insurance requires the services of an experienced person from the same industry to handle a customer services portfolio
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to clients in the Group Risk portfolio (Claims / Activations / Terminations etc)
- Interpret and action client requests efficiently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct product presentations and reviews
- Assist clients with claims and queries
- Matric
- Business-related degree (preferred)
- 3 years of Group Risk or Employee Benefits experience
- Strong understanding of Group Risk / Life Insurance products and markets
- Exposure to African Markets advantageous
- Location: Cape Town or Gauteng (In-office post with Hybrid after 6 months)
