We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet our unique business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance and data security. Troubleshooting technical issues, providing end-user support, and implementing process improvements are also key responsibilities. Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and the ability to manage integrations with other systems is required. Join us and contribute to our ongoing success in IT service management.

This role involves managing all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including designing, customizing, and maintaining applications and workflows. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow integrations, data consistency, and process automation. They will also provide technical support, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvements. Staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow technologies is crucial.

Qualifications

• Strong developer background skills which includes Java Script, Web technologies - HTML or XML
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
• ServiceNow Admin Certification
