Deliver specialized technical support for Epiroc machine systems, including automation and autonomous technologies.
Perform scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs, ensuring optimal equipment performance and reliability.
Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication, support, and on-site collaboration.
Coach mine and Epiroc personnel on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
Conduct fault finding and root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.
Collaborate with the Product Company to address recurring failures and contribute to sustainable solutions and improvement initiatives.
Participate in testing, reporting, inventory activities, and shift or standby duties as required, while maintaining high performance under pressure.
Timeously report on safety issues to relevant Epiroc and Customer personnel
Your Profile:
Grade 12 or NTC 3 with applicable trade qualification
Technical knowledge of Epiroc underground machines
2 years of mining experience
Advanced RCS Troubleshooting Skills
Valid driver's license
