Service Technician
Job Description
As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the companys specialised machines at their clients sites. Your technical expertise, especially in electrical and pneumatic fault finding, will be essential in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
Lets dig a little deeper in to the role: essentially, you will install, commission, and maintain specialised machines at client locations; conduct machine assessments and provide comprehensive customer training; utilise your strong technical knowledge to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues; provide maintenance and customer support assistance; respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime for clients; uphold strict safety standards; foster positive and clear communication with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied; and offer technical support to spare part representatives, mechanical and electrical design engineers, and technicians.
To be considered you should be a qualified Millwright impress us with that Red Seal trade test and a minimum of 3 years experience in machine building and production machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
