Develop and implement a dynamic national service sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth goals
Provide guidance and mentorship to a high-performing team of service professionals, ensuring they surpass sales objectives
Foster strong relationships with key clients in pumps and blower markets, addressing their unique needs for enhanced customer satisfaction
Spearhead new business initiatives, collaborating with the service sales team to secure active service contracts and promote OTTO condition monitoring units
Overhaul the company's service approach by integrating advanced technology to achieve swift and customer-focused outcomes
Articulate the company's comprehensive service offerings, encompassing the maintenance and repair of pumps and blowers, to potential clients
Improve the sales process for enhanced efficiency, customer-centricity, and responsiveness to evolving market demands

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering environment
Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Pastel Partner or SAGE X3
Showcase experience in strategic service sales management
Exhibit strong leadership and coaching abilities
Possess advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Bring a background in managing imports and exports

Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Millwright or Electrical trade
